“Best salmon ever. We bought it for Christmas Eve and now again to celebrate a new home. It feeds a crowd and/or you have lots of leftovers! We cook it stuffed with lemon and herbs and serve it with hollandaise. We add fennels all around the salmon while it roasts in the oven and they get soo good.”
