To get the most out of your detergent, we actually recommend sticking closer to that 4-pump mark, even for bulky items. Most supermarket soaps are diluted, but ours is ultra concentrated. When you use 12 pumps, the excess suds prevent the friction required to pull dirt out of the fibers. By using less, you ensure the water and soap stay in perfect balance to lift stains effectively.
