Sorry to hear it did not work as well as you’d hoped on the cooking oil stains, some stains can be particularly stubborn. If you feel like giving it another go, the best method is to spray it directly onto the oil mark, work it in by gently rubbing the fabric together, leave it for around 15 minutes, then wash on a normal cycle.

They have a body, grease, oil spray.
I bought this spray age's ago and it's been so good for stains.
But this weekend I found an old country rd jumper I forgot had been ruined by a big oil patch on it. I'd tried soaking and washing it and just gave up.
I sprayed it and thought nothing of it.
The stain came out after being in the cupboard since last yr, and already having been soaked, washed and through the dryer many times.
