Our testing has found it to be one of the most effective detergents on the market, so we're very interested to know more about why/what it didn't work on.
The effectiveness of the detergent can also vary depending on a few factors like the dosage used, the size of the load etc so it's tricky to troubleshoot for you what went wrong without more information.
