“The dress is lovely, as I had expected. However there are two aspects of which you may wish to be aware. Firstly for it to be wearable (NB I am just under 5ft 6in) several inches have to be taken off the hem - and with this particularpleated style that is a tricky task for my local tailor. With such a complex pleated style would it not be possible to offer two lengths of the garment? Secondly it is very heavy, and I have noticed this with other garments from you. It means it is difficult to consider taking it when travelling, which is a great pity.”
