“I have returned this jacket. It was delivered on the 17th March. I have had very poor communication from your team, and was told that because I didn’t use the required carrier they would not accept it. I was unable to use the DHL form when I went to send it. I paid $50 for postage and insurance. It was also tracked. I have provided proof of these things and am still waiting on a response and reply and refund. I have been a customer for a number of years and always found The Fold to be responsive and prompt with issues until this instance. I’ve sent multiple emails seeking reasonable response and awaiting a refund of just under $1000”
