“The product is great but the customer service is disappointing. They shipped the wrong color due to a warehouse mistake - I had to wait more than a week for the right color to arrive that matches the blazer I had ordered. They did nothing to make this right other than offering a slim discount on a future purchase... not what you expect in terms of customer service at this price point!”

“These trousers were labelled forest green but were a very bright green - a completely different colour to the forest green Knighton jacket. No comparison to the pictures on the website. I was very disappointed as I had wanted it as a suit. Unfortunately I left it too late to return as I was away when they arrived.”
