Immediately recognizable for its polished chrome steel Eiffel tower frame, the original DSW Chair was one of the first plastic chairs to be mass produced. Its popularity is well deserved, with a strong yet flexible polypropylene seat, perfectly contoured for maximum comfort. The Eames side chair is an iconic piece of furniture that was originally created in 1950 by Charles Ray Eames. The original fiberglass chair is molded to be a comfortable seat and the legs are made from steel. The style is mid-century modernism and has a very classic appeal. These are reproduction items inspired by the original designs. Design Tree HOME follows strict adherences to the original design with regards to dimensions, frame construction, fabric pleating and materials. Making this significant design, an affordable luxury, built without any compromise to the original specifications and construction.*The name Charles Eames is only used to describe the characteristics of the goods made to the original design, and not as a trade mark.WDH": 19" x 25" x 48"Seat Height": 31.5"Color: Black/ChromeMaterials: Polypropylene/Chromed Plated Stainless Steel Metal*In Stock NOW!
