Packaging is well organised. Instructions for installation was easy..can only compare against ikea. Only let down was setup for operation, abit confusing. I would recommend as pricing suits quality of product. Although its only been two weeks usage.

Moved on from a "converted" standing desk and, my oh my what a treat. The electronics are solid, the desk doesn't wobble at all even at full height. Quite spacious and well built. The best desk I've ever had.

Was really surprised at how quick my ordered was filled based on very clear delivery estimates on the web site. I had questions on options for which I received very clear and quality response. Oh and it's an amazing and great looking desk.

It took us a while to set it up, but once that's done, it's very easy to use, and the quality of the desk is very good. I like it a lot!

1. Be warned, each individual leg, is bloody heavy. When you combine the top (which is not light), with the left (leg which is not light) and then the right leg (which is not light), you will need a 2nd person to help move this thing around. 2. Whoever drilled the embedded nuts (too deep) into the left side of the bamboo top needs a slap across the head with a wet fish. 3. The lifter/motor thing keeps thinking it's hit something. I can trick it into not thinking it's going to hit something by 1st slowly pressing the up button for a little bit, (or down button if I want to go down) waiting for a sec, and then pressing the preset button. 4. If you get the CPU holder .... Identify the "L" or "R" side of the triangle bit that attaches to the desk. It's important. 5. If you have a thing for cardboard, there's so much usable and decent cardboard (and padding) it's not funny. I've made desk protectors and little plate/cup things (lame and cheap I know). 0. More work needs to be down around the crossbar. I've had to change the way I sit, so that I don't loose my knee.
