“The table is very well designed and stable. The height adjustment is quiet and relatively fast. Connectivity with blue tooth is smooth. However, the service can be improved. The initial logistic staff installed the table but did not demo for me, and I realised the controller is faulty later. They change one week later but to a wrong controller, did not have spare one when I asked. Emailed them again and took another week to respond and change the controller. Please remember to ask the logistic staff to demo and check that the controller is working after installation!”
