“The Quality of the desk is excellent, the new ascent controller looks better than the previous iteration. The motor for lift is also responsive. The downside is that the whole setup is rather heavy, which is a problem if you dont move it a lot. Love the magnetic covers too. One improvement: Make the controller attach to the table with strong magnets, since the pre-drilled holes is not "unscrew friendly" when i wish to switch the controller side.”
“I purchased the Omnidesk Ascent on 11/11 during sale as I have been on the lookout for an upgrade to my current gaming set up. The moment I saw that Omnidesk has a pink table top, I thought to myself that I had to get it to match my pink gaming set up.
One nifty thing that I thought was super useful was the USB port that the ascent controller had, as my table is set to be quite far away from my house plugs, the usb port was useful for charging up my phone and not have the cables get in the way on my table.
The Omnidesk Life app was also super useful to set up the different table heights!
