“The ascent wildwood is my first standing desk. After using it for 1 month, the build quality and finishing is solid. The desk is stable even with the add on castor wheels. The cable management system is also a big plus for those who like a neater look and I am a fan of the sit-stand reminders included in the desk controller. I opted for the assembly option and the delivery was smooth; kudos to the delivery team.”

“Using Ascent Wildwood for 1.5 weeks now; table top and mechanism are in good condition. Delivery personnel was responsive. Warranty experience however could be improved. Customers were required to post a photo of the product on social media before warranty was valid. This is intrusive. You could get potential customers to promote your product to gain discounts or freebies but not to gain warranty which is hygiene. Also, the registration form could have been autopopulated with the customers' particulars - not that hard to do in this day and age.”
