“For the last 5 years, I have always wanted a new desk but have also told myself there is no need to spend anything above $500 on it. But it took a 5-minute conversation with a friend over a virtual call and within 5 hours, I had placed an order for the OmniDesk 2020 which was delivered to me within 5 days! Of course I ended paying more than twice of my original budget (with all the other add-ons) but it was all worth it and without a tinge of regret ... well except maybe one - I wish I had gotten the 72" table top instead of the 60". I like everything about it. It is simple and elegant in design. Yet it packs a punch not just in size, movement (height adjustment), sturdiness but also in the way the wires from 6 different outlets are all nicely hidden away with the cable management bar. The Omni mounted power bar is nicely secured underneath and plugging in stuff is just so easy when you can literally raise the table top. The anti-fatigue mat really helps as I have always wanted to stand while working with my laptop. The curve at the front of the table just makes the whole table look very sleek and unique. I like that the design gives it a very versatile look. It can be presented with a high tech look and it also fits perfectly with a contemporary classic look. I had also bought the monitor arms and it clamps in very neatly through a rectangular cutout that allows you to pass through all your wires directly into the cable management bar. This way, you don't have to worry about wires getting tangled or tightened as you raise the table top. The whole system move as one. What was also important for me was the customer service and that I would rate tops from making my initial enquiries to placing the order, adding items to the order, all the way to the delivery guys who helped with the assembly. I personally think the Omnidesk 2020 is a luxury. I could do with just a simple fixed IKEA table at a much cheaper price. But we need to treat and reward ourselves every now and then. The Omnidesk is that treat we all deserve.”
“Two weeks in and I love the Omnidesk Pro. It's brilliant and we'll made. Easy to assemble but given the heavy parts I would reccomend getting it set up for you especially if you are a single person doing it. The only complaint I have is the surface of the white desk tends to attract dust a bit and needs a wipe down every other day. Would go with the bamboo next time. Super product and great service.”
