“Brought this back in June 2021, only placed 1 desktop setup + laptop but table started to sink down by 1 inch in the middle.
Overall weight < 50kg, only monitor placed in the middle, CPU at the very edge of the side.
Spent so much money on a desk that will eventually dent in, should I have known earlier, I would have considered other brands that are cheaper.
Warranty doesn't cover when the table is dent in.
Requested for Omnidesk for support, their response as per below.
Advised the screws for tables are loosened, and to re-tighten it.
"Please also be informed that although after you have completed the tightening of the screws already, your tabletop would still be the same, however, this would definitely assist you to prevent further sagging of your tabletop."

“Loved the tables. But 1. We didn’t know it doesn’t come with installation (which is fine because we can do it on our own) and 2. The after sales services is quite lacking. We h have an issue with a few screws as well as stain on the kid’s chair but they are not responding to my emails.”
