“1. Wrong item was delivered, 1st customer/sales team who responded did so poorly.
2. The 2nd customer team went beyond the email Chanel and called back, much appreciated. The coordination of right item and assembly service was delivered, but a defect unit was sent, multiples long visible hairline cracks.
3. Time and coordination wasted as there is no excellent in the delivery of items and service recovery for an item that is marketed above average.
4. Utterly disappointed with a poor user experience as there is nothing to experience.”
“I love my new Omnidesk for my work from home setup. The setup is definitely more ergonomic, and I have plenty of space to work on despite choosing the smallest tabletop. I can preset the height for when I want or need to stand for meetings or when presenting during webinars. It has definitely helped with my neck and back aches. I have concluded that I should not trade my health for a poor sub-optimal WFH setup.”
