“I haven’t sampled my new bottle of original hot pepper sauce yet, so I’ll have to rely on previous experience for this review. From what I remember of my first experience with the original hot pepper sauce many years ago, it was very well balanced, in a way that the hot flavor didn’t overwhelm the other ingredients. It was a great combination of heat and rich flavor.”

“A number of years ago the family took a Caribbean cruise, stopping among other places in Belize. There, over lunch, I was introduced to this hot sauce. I immediately bought several bottles to bring home. I like some of my food to be a little spicy. I got accustomed to eating C-rations in Nam with "something" - all depending on what you could find. Tabasco was ubiquitous but not that great (it's basically a vinegar). I am not a fan of flaming hot sauces that take the lining off your esophagus and stomach. This appear to be the perfect blend of good flavour with spice. I have used it with great results for years, and introduced several of my friends who liked hot sauce to it. It has received universal acclaims. I truly don't think you will find a better hot sauce anywhere. Some New Mexican Red Chili comes close (if you find the hot kind).”
