“I got my new shipment of mango jam and was excited to try some on my bagel. It seems like the taste is different than I remember. It’s good but not quite like it used to be.”

“The jam is fantastic, I can taste the fruit. Not too sweet. I'd buy more in a heartbeat but I have to pay to dispose of all that plastic bubblewrap packing. There are more sustainable forms of packaging even for glass jars which I've had no problems with from other food vendors: paper, cardboard, starch pellets, which can be burned, recycled or dissolved. Please consider an alternative packaging material, thanks.”
