“This was a very, very tangy salsa, I was surprised how much punch it packed. I understand it’s not a traditional verde at all, which my mind typically associates with milder flavors, but this one I had to add in to another salsa to temper it (and the mixed results were delish). I was therefore surprised it only had about 50mg/sodium per serving, to me it tasted more like 350 mg! Maybe there’s lime juice in there or something but a little will go a long way. This is best suited as a cooking additive rather than a salsa you might enjoy straight off a chip. The cactus provides a unique flavor profile, give it a go.”

“Very good salsa - lots of tang and heat, nice salt balance, and the flavor is fantastic. Nice texture, too - not runny/watery like major brands out there - it stays on your chip!”
