“I've mostly used dry or "block-style" achiote in the past, and this is soooooooo much better. The additional spices and alliums make this an amazing marinade for the oven, the skillet, or the grill. It doesn't even take that much to impart a deep and distinct flavor to meats and vegetables. This will absolutely be a staple in my pantry going forward.”
