“My order was shipped to an address I didn't enter and have never used with your company before. It was an Airbnb that I've stayed at once and have only had one thing shipped to, not from your company. You use the same credit card processor and it auto-filled when I pressed submit. It was the second time your system did this even though I made sure that my addresses were correctly updated and entered in your system. Then when I emailed about it, no on replied. I love your hot sauce, but I am disappointed with this order and lack of customer service.”
