“This came as a sample in our last order, we were curious, we used on toasts to accompany cheese plates, or straight on fresh goat cheese, we’re fans now, enjoyed the balance with the sweet, fruity and a light heat with nothing overwhelming, we’re adding this to the next order!”

“This hot sauce is high fruit, low heat, making it perfect to add some complexity in almost every recipe. It's also delicious straight out of the bottle. I don't always want XXX "HOT" but I do always want flavor. And the mango has all the flavor!”
