“This by far my favorite hot sauce that I have ever tried. It is not bitter nor does it overpowers the flavor the food being seasoned. It allows me to enjoy the flavor and fire of habanero as it enhances the flavor of the food. Sweet is not a word that is properly applied to hot peppers but compared to the bitterness of most hot peppers it is the best I can think of.”
