“This is the only hot sauce my family uses, because it's our favorite. The heat gives a gentle kick to any food and tingles in the mouth, but isn't painful at all. It provides some acidity but is not very vinegary (not like a tabasco, for example). It has the slightest sweetness from carrot and is balanced with garlic and onion. We eat it daily on our proteins, scrambled eggs, and pizza, but it shines best on white rice.”
