So sorry you were not pleased with this item. Our shower steamers have to be used in certain conditions for steam to active the scent.

Hi Abigail, We're sorry you were disappointed with our Shower Steamers. They require high steam levels (not directly placed under water) to work correctly; however, we'll issue you a refund on this occasion.
