“First off, let me say how cool this concept is! To be able to rent a pedal, to try something out in full before you decide if you actually want to spend the money to buy it, is such an awesome idea. I've spent tons of money on pedals just to find out that its not really what I wanted, then have to sell it for maybe half of what I bought it for. Not anymore! The Sound Parcel has given us the ability to rent music gear! Okay, now on to my rental. I rented the EQD Dispatch Master Delay and Reverb pedal. I loved it, everything about it. I'm so glad I got the chance to rent this, and it has made me actually want to purchase this pedal and add it to my board. The rental process itself was so smooth. From ordering my rental to returning my rental (with a prepaid shipping label!), there is nothing that could have made this process anymore smooth. 5 Stars all the way! I have totally recommended this to all my musician friends. Looking forward to my next rental!”
