“Pricy but won’t regret the item. Will alter the tone with comp turned on but not in a bad way. It has always on buffer but you can turn it off if you want the true bypass mode. It has three functions but actually it’s four since you can use it to buffer your signal at the front end. There are similarly priced comp pedals but you won’t have eq, clean boost and buffer capability. Not for the fainted heart.”
