“As mentioned above I was surprised to be charged an additional amount for 'tail-lift delivery' after already paying a significant amount for delivery - which I would have expected to be inclusive of unloading the item at the customer's address. I don't know how else such a bulky item could have been delivered. However, the driver was helpful and manouvered the pallet with its bulky load to the place I requested.”
