“This is my first purchase with three bird and I was so stoked for this jacket. Not only did it come with the BIGGEST hole in the back of it, but their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve reached out in so many ways and can’t get a response. The material is cheap, it’s not as thick as it looks online, there’s no pockets, all around will never order from them again and will be sure to post this review along with the pictures every where I can.”
