“I have purchased multiple things from this company and have been pleased. I ordered a 3 piece set as a gift for my mother and it was undeliverable at her address because my name wasn’t there. I have had multiple things delivered there over the years with no issues. Terribly disappointed and then to have it redelivered I was told I would have to pay shipping AGAIN! horrendous”
