Hi Amanda! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Our Damage/Defect Policy is different than our return policy so we have reached out to you via email. It's pretty quick and usually all resolved same day. Also, we take damaged items very seriously so having them reported to us means we can investigate that item at the warehouse to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else!
