“Love this outfit but I saved it to wear on Christmas day. I'm sitting there & I look down as my kids are opening presents & there is a pretty big hole in the crotch. The material is so soft I love the top & pants. The sweater is really pretty too. I contacted customer service & they said I would have had to contact them within 3 days of receiving the item. I saved it to wear on Christmas so I didn't notice til then. So basically there is nothing they will do. So I will sewing up the crotch cause I love the outfit.”
