“These pants are super cute and I know I’m going to get a lot of mileage out of them this winter. That said, I know they are supposed to be baggy, but I am 5’4’’ & 110 lbs. & the smallest size is still huge on me. I had to hem the cuff and roll the waist band down to keep them up.
