“This jumpsuit reeked (like seafood) when I pulled it out of the package, and for days afterwards. Repulsed, I of course no longer wanted to keep it so chatted with TBN to return it, and asked for them to cover the return fee. The rep refused to cover the return fee, saying that TBN items often have an odor due to their packaging practices, but he suggested that I freeze the jumpsuit in a ziplock for several days. Um, no, I should not be expected to freeze or even air out an $80+ garment. Furthermore, the return fee waiver should have been a no brainer to apologize for such a stinky mess….and I had been a repeat customer. No more TBN for me. Plus, the jumpsuit has very weird straps, not that I put the smelly outfit anywhere near my body, but I could tell from looking at it. Do not buy.”
