“I'm a long time fan and customer of three birds nest, but after this experience I will never order from them again. The item I was sent is not their brand and is 100% not as advertised. It's towel material with no size indicated and does not hang in the cute v as shown. more of a fringed box. I contacted customer service to return but because I purchased it when it was on sale, I'm being told I cant return it. If they hadn't fraudulently advertised it.....I would never have bought it. Don't fall for it! its not what they say it is!”
