“I was so excited to have found a new place to buy cute bralettes. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here anymore. After ordering a few different styles based on the size chart provided by the company, I found that not all of them fit as expected. When contacting customer service, I was essentially told that the fit would vary based on the fabric used to make the bralettes. Despite them knowing this, they do not adjust the size chart for each item or provide any purchasing guidance on the page to let customers know the product may run larger or smaller based on how it's made. Since bralettes are considered intimate items, they cannot buy returned, so their position is that "at least you know for next time". There's no way to try on the products to ensure a proper fit, so I can't waste money continuing to buy things hoping that it fits as expected based on the size chart provided by the company.”
