“We picked this board for the children who stay in our rental. They are lightweight and easy to carry, even for kids as young as 6 (assuming there is no heavy wind.) They get used ALOT, perhaps even as much as daily. With this noted, after 2 months they are beginning to show the wear and tear. There are no tears or anything of the sort, however the lines are looking a bit weak and strained. They still work very well and and are very good boards but I have no doubt they will last just a couple of more months. Overall this is better than some others. I marked them an overall rating of just 4 stars due to using no recycled materials. If boards like this are "disposable", some effort should be made to help the environment they are used for.”
“Got this board with another to have a good time at the beach, and they were perfect!! Imagine a mini body surfboard, that's essentially what this is!! It's lightweight, so even if you have to hike to the beach, it's not a problem. Easy to carry, good size, and is sturdy enough that it wont snap in a huge wave.”

“I ordered this body board because it is my grandson's favorite lime green color. We live very close to the Atlantic Ocean and body surfing is why the grandkids and friends go to the beach so often. My grandson was able to use the bodyboard for a little over two months before the ocean water got too cold. My grandson told me this bodyboard is lightweight and easy for him to carry, and it rides the surf very well, he is 58 inches in height and weighs 93 lbs, and this 37-inch board is perfect for his height and weight. This bodyboard is composed of polystyrene which is used in beginner bodyboards, and the addition of fiberglass mentioned in the description adds additional strength and flexibility. The bottom is constructed of a beautiful wood-grained patterned plastic bottom which is another reason it rides the waves so nicely and also makes the board so stable. I noticed the standard coiled leash is much sturdier than the boards we usually purchase. These leashes help to keep your board from floating away and the ones on the cheaper boards always break away from the board and cannot be repaired. This is definitely a beginner's body board but a step up from the boogie boards made only of Styrofoam.”
