“I love this board. It is my first board so I don't really have a previous one to compare it to but the ride is very smooth for a novice like myself. For me though, buying an automatic pump made all the difference. I found that I wasn't using it because it was such a hassle to pump it up with the hand pump. After buying the new pump, I took it on a 4 day adventure. Unfortunately, on the last day of the adventure, the piece that locks down the two bottom parts of the paddle came off while I was using it. I had to sit to paddle back to the dock.”

“Nice board but the paddle is not great. I'm going to have to buy another. I think if I knew I would have bought a nicer board that did not include a paddle. Paddle won't stay tight, comes apart in use. Company corrected defective paddle and replaced with no problem. All 3 now! Thanks”

“I have used the board for 7 days at a cottage. I loved the board and did not have any problems. But I did have a problem with the paddle. The paddle blade detached from the pole and sank in the middle of the lake on the THIRD day of use on a brand new product. It appears to me that the point of failure was the glue joint between the pole and the blade as this part was not adjusted/assembled by me (came glued from the factory). I have reached out to the manufacture for warranty replacement as I expected more from this purchase. The point of irony being I felt I paid more for this package compared to cheaper alternatives since it included a "higher quality" carbon fibre paddle that floats. I will update this review once I hear back from the company regarding this warranty claim.UPDATE 1: Contacted seller and they have resent a replacement paddle at no charge (under warranty). Upgrading to 4 star.UPDATE 2: Promptly received free replacement paddle under warranty. New paddle has an extra safety button to prevent the bottom half of the paddle from simply sliding out when using. I'm confident this problem won't be an issue with this new paddle with this feature.”

“Great package. I looked at others, but wanted a complete package with everything you need and this one did that. Tried it out this weekend for the first time. Everything worked great. The backpack is awesome. The board is light, the paddle is easy to assemble. The pump works real fast. All in All, very satisfied with this purchase.”

“I purchased the All Around 11' SUP from Thurso Surf for my fiance and I in May. Previously, we'd taken SUP lessons on the ocean on inflatables and had rented hard boards. Our experience with the Thurso Surf board was amazing. The boards were more stable than the others we had been on while still being faster. The triple fin setup really shows it's strength in keeping things tracking straight. We are definitely happy with our purchase based on the rides alone. The only way I have noticed that it was an inflatable on the water was when paddling through heavy chop.The dual action pump and two way valve on the boards make inflating a simple process. It definitely serves as a nice warmup before you get on the water.The adjustable carbon paddle feels great to use. Much better than the aluminum paddles we had used previously. It really saves your arms to be able to put the power into each stroke. One note, the max length of the paddle is 220cm. I find it is perfect for me at 6'4" and using for the purpose of touring. If you are taller, you may wish to contact the seller for suggestions.However, Thurso Surf has done much more than create a 3 riding board. The design of the board looks great. The included extras like the lightweight carbon fiber paddles, leash, dry bag, cooler bag, backpack, tie down points and dual action pump really provide great value in this package.Thurso surf has also shown us great customer service, getting back to us quickly and responding to any concerns.If anyone else we know is interested in an iSUP, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these boards or others from Thurso Surf. Amazing experience all around.”
