“June 13, 2017 UPDATE - HAVE HAD 5 CORRESPONDENCE WITH VENDOR. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESPONSES (THANK YOU SHENGLONG!) AS A RESULT HAVE MOVED REVIEW FROM 4 STAR TO 5 STAR.I finally got this out on the water, and it was just fine! The look is nice, love the 3 pce carbon paddle that breaks down enough for the bag. The extra cooler bag is functional, though would be much improved with either metal eyes instead of nylon or different clips on the extra rigging bungies. Pretty much impossible to hook those plastic things through the nylon loops - 3 of us tried. I bought a few key rings and added them to the nylon loops so there is something solid for the very stiff plastic hooks to open up against. Would be nice if the leash was coiled instead of straight - pretty long and becomes a trip / tangle hazard. Appreciate that the skeg secures without an additional tool. 3 carry bag. Patch kit.Only major drawback is the pump - it pretty much sucks. It works, guage works, but a dual chamber is so much better. Narrow and awkward to pump. I'll be using the pump from my other SUP.All in all - 3 value for the money. Arrived quickly and without issue.”

“This bundle is a great value, the set is all inclusive to what you will need to hit the water. We took it out over memorial weekend and had a great time, other than learning to paddle board ourselves:) which is fun and challenging. The quality on this board is better than what I had seen at other retailers. I had a few questions and their customer service team was super quick to respond and assist. In fact their customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend this paddle board bundle and it's great looking too.”

“I bought 2 of these for a trip to the Bahamas. A few observations:I was amazed with how sturdy the SUP's are. There's no sensation of being in an inflatable other than the deck height which is thicker than a fiberglass SUP. They were super easy to paddle and track well with the fin. Very little effort to cruise around on even in wind and/or current. For the most part, I was on flat water but took them out in the surf and was easily able to catch waves.The bags are great as well. Fully loaded they come in about ~25 pounds with plenty of extra room. I managed to pack a weeks worth of clothes in the bag and still weigh in under the 50 pound checked bag limit. Bag construction is solid so they withstood being checked and the typical baggage handling abuse.I did not try the hand pump given the other reviews I've read. Bought an electric pump instead which hooked to a car battery. Highly recommend as the electric pump inflated to 13psi in under 3 minutes. I had some trial and error with the valve until I figured out that it locks in the open or closed position. I originally made the mistake of inflating with the valve locked in the open position only to find all the pressure escape when I removed the pump.”

“Suprisingly awesome. Never expected an inflatable SUP to perform this well on the water. At 15psi it was solid enough for an extended day of paddling and carried both my wife and I across the length of Lake Havasu. Inflation remained constant for 3 days. Folds easy and one of the few that comes complete with a pack, pump, leash, deck bag and paddle. Great value.”

“Took it out for the first time over the weekend. Lots a compliment on the look of it. A little hard to pump up to the last few PSI but I'm a smaller woman and I had issues with my sisters board too which was another brand. Not my first board but probably my last for a while. I don't have a picture of it but the dog enjoyed sitting on the front. It was super stable and handled really well.”
