“Great product- everything is as advertised. This is the real thing: It looks great, performs great and is well built. The carrying backpack is legit quality and plenty big enough to carry everything- you don't have to "squeeze" it all in tight. All three fins are removable from the board and have a well designed latch system which makes it super easy and intuitive to attach and detach. The extra cargo bag is a nice addition that most other boards don't come with. It is super ridged once fully inflated. This is my first board, so other than using other boards a time or two, I don't have a strong comparison example- however this seems as 3 or better than any board I've used, inflatable or solid. Even being a rookie, I find the board to be stable and super easy to stand up on and scoot across the water.Like many others have noted with various inflatable boards, it does take a while and some effort to fully inflate the board- pretty standard as far as I can tell.Then there's the customer service from Thurso- absolutely 5! On my second time out I had a problem with the paddle that came with it. I emailed them on a Saturday afternoon on Labor Day Weekend and instantly (seriously- I'm talking within 30 seconds), I received a personalized response email letting me know I would be taken care of. On the very next business day, I received a UPS tracking number as a replacement part was being overnighted to me. I was totally taken care of. I couldn't believe it- no one takes care of their customer like this any more. 5 job there Thurso!I would highly recommend this product and seller.”

“(Not paddled yet will amend later) Just want to say that the quality thus far from unpacking and inflating is 5. Also they have upgraded the accessories again. 3 fins (2 small one big) and a COILED sup leash! I almost bought another lease, glad now I didn't! Looked it over really close after inflating it and the quality far exceeds my previous iSUP purchase - which I won't name - but you can look it up under my reviews if you care to. The bag is of a heavier material and nicer designed - the cooler is MUCH nicer than I expected too! Raining outside I would have gone out on it..but that will have to wait. Super easy to pump up - I did in inside in the AC in 8 minutes. Outside well that would need a break!Since the hurricane I have had this out several times, in both Salt and fresh water. (I did purchase an electric pump, a really nice one here on Amazon for about $170 bucks as I remember) Super easy to travel with and I remain very pleased with the board. It goes much faster than I expected. My experience was in kayaks, and this is not disappointing at all in the speed department. (Watching some videos on paddling technique will really help you)”

“Great paddle board. This is my first season using and owning. I did my research and I'm very happy I decided on the Thurso Surf board. All the reviews were positive and are true to the board.I'm 5'2" and can carry it inflated no problem. I get comments from people saying how great it looks and how stable it is.My order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. The customer service is 5 if you have a question or concern.All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this brand.”

“I had the Board for 3 months already and used around 15 times. it's stable, looks great and all the accessories included are really 3 quality (the Paddle is actually amazing, best material and super light).the best part about this is not the product itself but the company behind it, Thurso Surf.i leave the bag with the board in my car. 2 weeks ago i loaded something, hit the bag and broke a small plastic piece that helps lock the fin (if you don't do it on purpose there is no way you can break it). i thought i will need a new board but still send them an email on a tuesday at 9pm. 5 minutes later they replied asking me my order number. a week later i asked them if there was anything i could do or anything i should buy and their response was:..."Don't worry we have sent out a package of clips last week. Please wait for a few days for it to arrive"....this is what makes a 3 product even better”

“We bought this product a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! The board itself is very well constructed and screams quality from the minute we opened it up. The high quality material makes the board super stable and will last for years to come. It is also great that it comes with a carbon fiber 3 piece paddle...when doing our research no other company offered this at the price point. Love the 3 fin design as it makes for great control on the water. It's also really great that all components, including the paddle, fit into the backpack allowing us to take it wherever we need to with ease. Inflatable SUP is certainly the way to go from a portability perspective.The team at Thurso Surf has been beyond responsive and has answered all our questions in a very timely manner both pre-purchase and after receipt of the package. Very impressive overall! We are looking forward to years of fun with our new paddle board!
