“First time Paddle Boarder and paddle board owner. Used the board for a week and love it! Did wind surf and Kayak years ago, so the concept of balancing on a board was not unfamiliar. Here is my review Pro's 1. Tracks really well in straight line with some alternating side paddles. 2. Easy to get up to a decent speed and maintain 3. Pump, hose and inflating is pretty straight forward. Requires effort to get up to the 15 pounds but not too exhausting 4. Packs up really well, not sure why there are reviews stating that the 132 doesn't fit in the bag. 5. Great paddle, light 6. Board is very stiff, when fully inflated, thats a 3 thing. I am 6' 180 pounds, and at times had my son on the board who weighs 50 pounds. The board paddled pretty easy. Cons 1. Board is heavy, and the reviews on youtube state as much, don't think that is a ''con'' on the water, but you may want a strap to carry it around. The weight and size make it awkward to handle for some people 3. If rolled up for storage properly, the fin boxes leave impressions on the foam foot cushions on the top of the board after unpacking 4. Accessories sold out, would have liked a carry strap, kayak conversion kit and an extra paddle end to Kayak or at least paddle on knees So a that said, the cons are minor, this is a great board. One tip for anyone new..when deflating, open the valve and start rolling up from the head of the board to the back to get all the air out. When you get to the back pf the board and air is out, lock the valve close, unroll, and the roll up from the back end of the board as Thurso Surf recommends, no problems packing everything in the bag”

“We heard about Thurso Surf from friends that have had theirs for several years. We bought two of the Waterwalker in the largest size. While the smaller size probably would have suited my wife better when she was paddling alone, we often are ferrying our two children and dog and our 132 boards have proved stable for an adult, child, and dog, even when dealing with some chop from boat wakes. When I am paddling alone, the board is fun, stable, and quick enough. The paddle adjust easily to fit me, at 6'3" down to my son who is about 4'6", and everyone in between. The fins attach and detach very easily, which allows for more compact storage and less risk of breaking a fin. We are able to store them inflated so have only used the pump once. It worked well and inflated relatively quickly. Based on my experience, I'd heartily recommend this paddle board, particularly since it cost about 30% less than those carried in local stores, although of course you give up some support and local knowledge you might get dealing with a specialist store.”
