“I received this sensor that was to fix my filament runout detector. It did not fix the problem as it did not come with the mounting screws. The reason the detector is not working is because the screws were never installed at the factory!
I have asked many times as to what size and type of screws that I need and have not received an answer.
If this is an example of your customer service then it is a joke!
My last response from Cecelia at Cetus 3D support was "Sorry we do not have separate screws provided, please find it from your local market that will save time and shipping cost."
This is not acceptable! You should fix your own mistakes and not expect the customer to do it!”
