Very happy with Tiertime . 1 thing i would like is to be able to buy just the bed that holds the perfboard as the tiny grey plastic tabs that hold the perfboard snap too easily (Ive bought 3 of these for this reason) so it would have been much cheaper for me if that were a possibility . Otherwise very happy customer and currently saving for a UP300 .

This was "ordered" as a warranty replacement part after a lengthy discussion where Tiertime actually claimed their warranty was from when the printer left the factory, not when I purchased it more than a year later from a local reseller, and the reseller seemed to have been closed down. But after a lot of back and forth, I guess they were just tired of me, a part was shipped. Firstly it was incomplete to solve the problem, and secondly it had several stress fractures from having the linear bushing inserted into the injection molded plastic part. There seems to be two types of Tiertime customers, happy ones without a care in the world, and the ones that get printers with defects that should have been caught by quality control but aren't getting support worthy of "premium" product. I will not buy more Tiertime products until quality control and support improve.
