“I bought a Mainboard from China and it was defective, I opened a ticket to report this situation and you are sending me a replacement, the point is that you have sent the replacement by regular mail so I've been with the printer offline for more than one month with a huge delay in all my projects. At this point I don't even know where is the replacement since the tracking number 302373608442 only has information up to December 16th. I rely on my UP Plus 2 printer and TierTime but I haven't had the best experience in general.”
