“The Z Axis assembly was difficult to find on the Tiertime web site. However, once found, it was delivered very quickly and appears to be the correct part. I am still awaiting an opportunity to install it in my printer and so cannot comment on its performance. I have used Tiertime's customer services on several occasions and have always found them to respond quickly and be very helpful.”
“Thoroughly not impressed. Local vendor failed to provide support, Tiertime initially refused to honour the warranty claiming it has expired before I purchased it as they counted 1 year from when it left the factory.. After a lot of correspondance with weeks between replies they sent out the wrong part, a few more weeks they sent one of the correct parts and one of many issues were resolved.
After that I had to do a dance with DHL who tried to deliver a package that didn't exist, using the same waybill as the first. And now I have to write a new review as well, no idea if Tiertime or DHL are the most incompetent, but clearly neither have any significant level of control in their operations.”
