“nothing was resolved, i was not taken seriously, i was ignored, and i feel disrespected beyond belief. i am unfortunately left with one product that was DAMAGED during shipping and treated like utter garbage prior to being shipped and was misadvertised and sold to me under false pretenses. in addition to feeling disrespected, i feel like like i have been scammed.
It really sucks because the cetus 3d mk3 (that i purchased in new condition a couple weeks prior tomy horrible experience with purchasing the as is mk2) is a good printer and i had plans to purchase multiple, if not all possible add ons, as i had initially stated in the message i sent cloris when asking about more information. But i no longer will be doing that because OF THE HORRIBLE WAY I WAS TREATED AND DISRESPECTED. I absolutely hate the fact that i even bought the mk3 initially. If i had known that your customer service was so rude and ineffective at resolving issues, i would have NEVER given you guys any money.
and after all this, i keep getting harassed with email after email asking me for feedback about my experience, as if you didnt know how i would be responding. my next step will be to share my negative experience in every possible review and feedback that i can. including on your website and in forums and everywhere else i possibly can in a hope to make sure no one else possibly gets robbed and scammed by you guys.
