“You do not seem to understand without this feature this is NOT professional software.
Solar aka UPStudio3 software is missing input for vertical scaling accurately need to put scale to the right height.
But in UPStudio2 you have it for this reason
UPStudio3, does not this feature for this and “Wand” is not stable print driver and missing features in UPStudio2
I will be returning the printer back to you Tertime.”
“Cloris has been very helpful with trying to resolve my issues with the touchscreen (black screen). I've been sent multiple parts (Screen, ribbon, cpu), flashed the firmware multiple times, tried all sorts of differing combination to try and resolve the issue but no luck. Although i never got the touchscreen to work and i've had to buy a whole new mainboard just to find out it wasn't the issue :(.
I love Tiertime products (upbox, Upbox+, Cetus) but this upgrade was rushed to market. When i received the screen the install instructions weren't even available.”
“Because I have 3 printers CEtus 3D MKII at home I wished to buy 2 sets of 3 belts, to have some spares in case of issue with belts (having faced no issue so far…). 1 set according to each size : Standard and Extended.
So I exchanged few emails with "Magic Cloris" and she organised all arrangements from her side within Cetus. For me, just to confirm/pay a specific order.
I received both sets pretty fast: it was orignal GATES belts, of premium quality!
I hope Cetus (Tiertime) will insure spare parts availability for some time on "old Cetus 3D"
Anyway this experience/purchasing was just perfectly managed, as usual.
