“It is a lovely tie and the perfect shade of pillar box red. Sadly it did not have a D ring so couldn’t be used - I sent pictures of the offending missing item and customer service sent me another one - no quibbling. It had been a month or so before we discovered the problem so I worried - unnecessarily- that my time window for flagging this up would be over. The new tie has been appreciated and worn. Thanks for being so professional.”
