“It was sent quickly and each swatch came with a card that indicated which products are available for the swatch that they sent (eg, if they have mens regular ties, skinny ties, bow ties, boys' ties, etc for that particular swatch). Communication was easy and great too. They should advertise their color matching service more in the main page of their website”
