“I never got to see these items because I never received them! They were for my the brother in laws to wear at my sisters wedding and we didn’t get these. The delivery man didn’t wait long enough for someone to open the door. When we arranged collection from DPD, they gave us incorrect opening times so we missed the collection as well! Very dissatisfied with the delivery service here. Also there was no way to contact Ties R Us to find a solution in time. Not happy and wouldn’t use this again.”

Hi Rahna Ayub Thank you for the order, I have spoken to DPD they have confirmed they sent you a 1 hour delivery slot that morning via text and email, then tried to delivery but unfortunately no one was present to sign for the parcel. You then request to have the order to be returned to the DPD depot and this was held for several days but failed to collect so the order was returned and full refund was issue. As for “Also there was no way to contact Ties R Us to find a solution in time.” If you actually go on our website our telephone number is clearly visible at the top of the website also we have a contact us page which provides all the information you need.
