“I paid for next day delivery and when the driver came to my address the following day they didn't bother coming inside the building to my apartment. Instead they said they couldn't find the address so the day after I had to collect my tie about 2 miles away from a local Halfords. When I did collect the tie it was yellow instead of gold and the quality was really poor. I want my money back!!”

“Service was great, delivered quickly and good product. Just a very very very different colour as to what as on the website which was disappointing as I then had to go to a shop and get another tie in the right colour”
